Key Responsibilities                                             

  • Processes PRs and transforms them into purchase orders, aiding indirect procurement and supporting the Sourcing team.
  • Assists in handling queries from clients, stakeholders, and internal IBM sources.
  • Provides support for clients in contract enablement and content-related matters.
  • Transmits purchase orders to suppliers and expedites deliveries as requested.
  • Manages claims related to goods/services and acts as an escalation point for customer inquiries.
  • Takes responsibility for amending or closing purchase orders and engages in reporting activities.
  • Addresses queries from Business Requestors, Suppliers, Procurement Managers, and Accounts Payable.
  • Generates reports on Open POs, Blanket PO expiration, Contract Expiration, and other relevant categories with high-quality formatting.
  • Maintains up-to-date records of processed transactions
  • Demonstrates efficient management of priorities, deadlines, and tasks to meet goals.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively with the team and Client stakeholders.
  • Displays a positive attitude, planning skills, curiosity, self-discipline, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Willingly assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
