Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust data pipeline architecture.
• Extract data from diverse sources using Python and SQL.
• Create REST and Python APIs for secure and easy dataset access.
• Categorize and catalog datasets for improved discovery and comprehension.
• Communicate with business users to comprehend their data requirements.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas for manipulation and analysis.
• Strong skills in relational SQL database development.
• Proficiency in using Unix/Linux command-line interfaces.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Proficiency in object-oriented languages like Java and C++.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, Athena, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for managing and querying relational databases.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Knowledge and experience with Apache HTTP Server for web hosting.
• Broad understanding of financial instruments such as fixed income, derivatives, futures, and foreign exchange (FX).
